The best times to eat food during the day are not a secret anymore! A bunch of scientists and nutritionists have gathered to reveal at what time you should eat your meals to be healthy and maybe even lose your weight.
Let’s start from the morning, breakfast! Some consider breakfast to be most important meal of the day. Wether it’s true or not, what’s absolutely important is to eat breakfast before 8 AM. In particular, the nutritionists suggest the right time to be 7:11 AM.
The perfect time for lunch, instead, it’s 12:38 PM, but of course it’s important to eat a few things between breakfast and lunch.. you know, to feel strong and stuff!
Also the time for dinner seems to be fundamental, being set at 6:14PM. It seems to be necessary not to eat dinner after 7 PM, ’cause in the evening it’s really hard to burn the calories, since many of you guys just lay on the couch watching tv!
That’s about the times when you should eat… but what about WHAT you should eat? Well. That’s a delicate topic, isn’t it? Different cultures will tell you different things, and it’s impossible to count them all!
