follow link Hiraben Modi, who’s in her late Nineteen Nineties, walked up to a bank to exchange old notes on Tuesday. She came escorted through a group of people and entered the bank in a wheelchair. But she then walked to the counter with a few assistance and exchanged old notes for new ones.
