PM Modi’s 97-Year-Old Mother Goes To Bank

While loads of people thronged ATMs and banks across the nation to exchange and withdraw money, a bank in Gujarat’s capital Gandhinagar on Tuesday had a very special customer: prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mom, Hiraben.

Hiraben Modi, who’s in her late Nineteen Nineties, walked up to a bank to exchange old notes on Tuesday. She came escorted through a group of people and entered the bank in a wheelchair. But she then walked to the counter with a few assistance and exchanged old notes for new ones.
